Fixer for Nepal is a Kathmandu based film management company that caters to the needs of international filming crews for a successful film project in the region. Our team of international fixers have had the experience of handling a variety of film and research projects, whether it be by securing the most complex of permits or travelling to the most extreme locations in the Himalayas. With more than 13 years of field expertise, we are here to ensure you get a meaningful and aesthetical content.

We have team members on standby to travel to terrains all across the country throughout the year to bring you in depth information on locations, characters and stories.

Location Management

In Nepal’s diverse geography, you should count on a team that can get you anywhere comfortably and on time. Our local partners can host crews anywhere from a glacier to the tropical forests in the south of the country.

Film Permits

There are a number of permits issued by the ministries in Kathmandu in order for a foreign team to be able to film in Nepal. Our team has a tried and tested method on securing all these permits and staying updated with each of the latest changes in these paperwork.

Transcripts

Our team translates more than a dozen languages at the office. Adding transcripts and subtitles is another thing we excel at.

Gear Rental

Incase your team wants to cut short of crew size or wants to hire additional crew and camera equipment, you will have a wide range of options to choose from. There are some fantastic local camera crews who can deliver at the caliber you need.
